If you have unused, unopened yarn that you bought from our store, even if it was a while ago, we'll take it back in exchange for store credit.

The yarn needs to be in its original condition with the ball band intact.

Get in touch with us at returns@theyarnnest.co.uk and we'll agree a credit amount before you send anything back. Postage back to us is at your cost, but the credit can be used on anything in the store with no expiry date.

This isn't a formal policy so much as us trying to be the kind of shop we'd want to buy from.
