Returns & your right to cancel

If something isn't right, we want to sort it.

Changed your mind? Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason at all with no explanation needed. To cancel, just email us at returns@theyarnnest.co.uk with your order number within that 14-day window. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. We'll refund the full cost of your order, including the standard delivery charge you originally paid (if you paid it), within 14 days of receiving the items back (or your proof of postage, whichever's sooner).

Our 30-day promise. On top of your legal rights, we give you a full 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Items need to be unused and in their original condition.

For both of the above, return postage is paid by you — unless the item is faulty or we've made an error, in which case we'll cover it.

To start any return, email returns@theyarnnest.co.uk with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item? Please check your order when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. 

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return. Bear in mind it can take a few extra days for your bank to process it on their end.
