Moths love natural fibres as much as we do. A little cedar tucked among your yarn keeps them at bay, no sprays or harsh chemicals needed.

Flecks of colour are scattered right through the wool, the way a proper Irish tweed should be. It’s made in Donegal, and it still holds a little of the oil from spinning, so it changes with the first block / wash. The stitches plump out, the fabric softens and the tweed settles into itself. The slight variation in the thickness of the strand is character rather than fault. Made for cables, jackets and anything with texture. Aran weight.
To ensure the high quality of the yarn, Lang Yarns have developed their own wool fibre blend comprising 56% Australian merino wool, 30% New Zealand Corriedale wool and 14% carbonised merino wool from all over the world.
